I must admit…I’m NOT a fan of cooked fruit.

But…there’s something about apples and cinnamon that make me change my mind!

The smell of warm apple pie is enough to send me into a complete state of peace (add ice cream and I’m over the moon!).

But with my diet restrictions these day, pie isn’t really on the list.

I thought I’d try to find some gluten free apple pie recipes to make it a little more diet friendly.
