I have to admit that I have a secret that I have kept to myself for almost 41 years, but, for the sake of my blog, here I go spilling it….

I don’t know what it is about Arby’s, but I love their sandwiches….oh and those seasoned curly fries too!

I, personally, like just the basic Arby’s KING’S HAWAIIAN roast beef sandwich (the warm roast beef on the sweet King’s Hawaiian bread…YUM), but they also have the Roast Beef and Swiss on King’s Hawaiian bread that comes with pickles and Dijon spread…which I will admit…sounds pretty good too.
So don’t think bad of me…I still try to eat well and stick to my gluten-free diet…but there are times when you just have to throw caution to the wind and SPLURGE!
And these new sandwiches are one of those times for me!
