Ok…gotta admit, I LOVE coffee and I was just a little curious about bulletproof coffee so I had to try one of these…but I couldn’t commit to the full recipes I was finding online, so mine is a little lighter than most.
This is a bit of a trendy, Paleo, kind of coffee, but don’t let that deter you…it’s pretty good and claims to have health benefits.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp grass-fed butter
- 1 Tbsp organic coconut oil
- 1 cup of coffee
Instructions
- Make a cup of coffee.
- Add butter and coconut oil and stir.
- **This works best if you mix it with a blender.**
People claim that they feel much more energized after drinking this…and I admit, I did too. It only lasted about 30 min for me, but I definitely felt clearer and more productive.
