I gotta admit, I’ve tried many of the “fad” diets and had none of them work for me long term. But when I decided to only eat whole foods and cut out processed foods, my health turned around dramatically.

But with the move this summer, I’ve kind of fallen off the wagon. So I’m ready for a reset…and I need some help finding recipes that are quick and easy and that stick to my whole foods lifestyle.

I think that paleo-ish recipes are my best bet so I rounded up these easy paleo weeknight meals to help us all get back on track this Fall.

With a few ingredients, including ground meat, you can easily put together this flavorful soup.

Asian Green Bean Stir Fry

This one skillet dish is a breeze to put together. Make a little more and you will have leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch.

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

One of the easiest ways to a paleo meal is using your slow cooker. Throw the ingredients in, go live your life for a few hours, come back and poof, dinner is served. I like this recipe because it includes an easy gravy.

Paleo Pizza Soup

Not only is this an easy paleo meal, it tastes like pizza! The perfect meal pleaser for everyone in the family.

Zucchini Pasta with Pesto

This recipe has a simple trick to keep your pesto from becoming too watery. Great way to enjoy a bowl of “pasta” without the grains.

Easy Oven French Braised French Onion Pork Chops

Once you make this recipe for your family, they will be asking for it over and over again. It is so good.

Chicken Fajita Roll Ups

Such a great idea. Instead of tortillas, use chicken. You have to check this recipe out.

I must admit…I am much more likely to cook when it’s easy and nothing has made dinner easier than the Instapot. I can set it to be a slow cooker and cook things all day (pull things out of the freezer even) or if I forget and need to shove things in at the last minute..the Instapot doesn’t diappoint! I can’t wait to try some of these easy paleo weeknight meals in mine!
