I gotta admit, I’ve tried many of the “fad” diets and had none of them work for me long term. But when I decided to only eat whole foods and cut out processed foods, my health turned around dramatically.
But with the move this summer, I’ve kind of fallen off the wagon. So I’m ready for a reset…and I need some help finding recipes that are quick and easy and that stick to my whole foods lifestyle.
I think that paleo-ish recipes are my best bet so I rounded up these easy paleo weeknight meals to help us all get back on track this Fall.

I must admit…I am much more likely to cook when it’s easy and nothing has made dinner easier than the Instapot. I can set it to be a slow cooker and cook things all day (pull things out of the freezer even) or if I forget and need to shove things in at the last minute..the Instapot doesn’t diappoint! I can’t wait to try some of these easy paleo weeknight meals in mine!
