Ok…I admit, I’m like every other mom out there…I’ve REALLY struggled with my weight (and finding time to exercise) since getting pregnant with my first child…six years ago.
I’ve tried lots of different diets and exercise programs…but none have worked for me.
I’ve recently discovered Fast Fitness to Go. This a great program for busy moms…and anyone else that wants to be able to have a plan to get healthy.
Each month Shay will send you links to 3 workout videos (1 cardio and 2 strength) along with some suggested meals. You also get a “tracker” where you get points for following the plan and are working to get a certain number of points each day.
Each of the videos is about 25 minutes long and are all shot outside so you have some nice scenery to look at while exercising. You can easily follow along as well as increase (or decrease) the intensity of each exercise.
With the videos only being 25 minutes…you can totally sneak into the other room while your children watch their favorite morning program and they won’t even miss you.

I like that now after 3 months, I have 9 different videos and lots of meal ideas. I also like that I have the workout videos with me where ever I am…since I can just click on the link in my email and play them on my phone…and I don’t need any special weights or equipment to do them.
