This year I’ve been taking part of a challenge to live a more consciously nutritious life.

It’s a constant struggle for me. I have a serious sweet tooth and get loads of sugar cravings each day.

This year I discovered those cravings were leading me down a very dangerous road of insulin resistance so I’ve been working hard to really make better food choices on a daily basis.

These choices have really started to pay off for me too. I’ve lost 7lbs this year (which isn’t grand, but hopefully I can make that 10 by the end of the year).

One thing I’ve been doing lately and plan to continue is using a Daily Habit Tracker and I want to share this awesome tool with y’all!

Daily Habit Tracker

One of the biggest things I’ve done over the last few months…and that I’ll continue over the next few months…is to begin to track my habits.

Many people fail at trying to change themselves because they try to make too many changes at once.

They also rely too heavily on sheer will power to make those changes. But will power is like a cup of water…it becomes less and less the more you use it.

So by working on smaller habits and really spending time to make them habits (although conventional wisdom says it takes 21 days to create a habit, it’s really more like 66 days), you will be more likely to accomplish your goals.

What to Do Now

1. Print out this free printable habit tracker.

2. Choose 2 habits (from different areas of your life) that are doable.

3. Write them down and then mark out the number each day.

4. After 30 days, decide on a next step. If you still need time with your current habit, repeat it. If you need to up it a little, do that.

What one habit will you work on for the next 30 days?
