There are just some things that you NEED…and gluten free cheese sticks are one of those things!

I was talking with a friend about what I should make this week and she said that she made these with her kids and they were pretty easy…and definitely yummy!

Gluten Free Cheese Sticks

My friend wasn’t quite sure of the recipe so I just Googled it. I found this one on Food.com and it looked pretty easy with all things I had in the house (eggs, milk, gf flour, spices, and gf bread crumbs, vegetable oil…and of course mozzerella cheese sticks).

You just cut the cheese sticks in half and dip them in a bowl of flour. Then dip them in the milk/egg mix and then in the bread crumb/spice mix. Then you do the egg and bread crumb dip a second time and put in the pan to fry.

Because we’re in TX, we dipped them in Ranch Dip! YUMMM! This would be a great appetizer to take to a party!
