This week I’m happy to report that I’m feeling better. It’s been 2 months since my gallbladder attack. I’ve been able to manage the symptoms with diet so I have very few problems these days as long as I’m careful.
I also rejoined the gym this week and hired a trainer. I’m feeling like I’m taking control back…and feeling loads better.

Monday – Greek Chicken Burgers and side salad
Tuesday – Fish Tacos with Coleslaw
Wednesday – Mushroom Soup
Thursday – Grilled Chicken with Black Bean, Butternut Squash & Quinoa
Friday – Slow Cooker Deep Dish Gluten Free Pizza
Saturday – Crockpot Beef Stew
Sunday – GF Chicken and Dumplings
