I’m happy to report I’m feeling much better. No gallbladder pain and very little acid reflux either this week. I’ve been meeting with a trainer at the gym for the last week…and although I am cursing him because I can barely walk (lol), I know I’m back on track for health…after two long months!

Monday – Spinach Artichoke Dip with Homemade Tortilla Chips and Radish Salad
Tuesday – Seared Flank Steak and Steamed Asparagus
Wednesday – Buffalo Shrimp Lettuce Wraps with Quinoa
Thursday – Chicken Avocado Soup
Friday – GF Pizza
Saturday – GF Chili with GF Jalepeno Cornbread Muffins
Sunday – Herb Roasted Turkey Legs with Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Breakfast for the Week – Homemade Yogurt with Fruit
