I took a little hiatus from posting meal plans every week, but what I figured out is I need them just as much as you! So I’m back!
I hate feeling like dinner is thrown together at the last minute…because when it is – it isn’t usually as healthy. Plus not planning definitely increases my risk of just going through a drive through.
Hopefully this gluten free meal plan is useful to you too! And if there’s something on here that you don’t think your family would like, check out my other recipes here and choose a different meal or side dish.
Gluten Free Meal Plan
Monday – Sweet Potato Nachos
Tuesday – Gluten Free Chicken Fingers with steamed broccoli and polenta
Wednesday – Seared Flank Steak with sauteed kale and asparagus, tomato and avocado salad
Thursday – Creamy Mushroom Chicken with apple walnut salad
Friday – Grilled Halibut with green salad and baked sweet potato
Saturday – Go out
Sunday – Slow Cooker Asian Short Ribs with green beans and steamed rice
I tried to mix things up and I’m super excited about this meal plan! I want to make it all and eat it right now!
