This last week was kind of quiet on my health front. I canceled my gallbladder removal surgery until I talk with a gastro later in the month. I also ordered some digestive enzymes and got some new probiotics so I’m actually feeling pretty good. I’m adjusting to my new eating plan and looking for ways that I can help others too (trying to make lemonade ya know…lol).
Hoping to start incorporating more exercise this week! How do you schedule exercise into your crazy daily life?

Monday – Mushroom Burgers with Steamed Chard
Tuesday – Fiesta Enchiladas (use corn tortillas) with Spanish Rice
Wednesday – Paleo Spaghetti
Thursday – Chicken Strips with Honey Mustard Sauce and Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Friday – Pizza with your favorite veggies
Saturday – Fried Polenta with Caesar Salad
Sunday – Oven Baked Beef Fajitas
