Welcome back to another week of gluten free meal plan. If you’re looking for other meal planning ideas, go here and if you’d like a two week plan and the basic ideas of how I meal plan go here.

This week I’m excited to say I tried a new shopping system called Instacart! You go on their website (or app) and order what you need from the local stores they shop at and someone goes to the store, gets the stuff and brings it to your house! I think that might just save me an hour and a half a week and some serious anxiety.
