Welcome back to another week of gluten free meal plan. If you’re looking for other meal planning ideas, go here and if you’d like a two week plan and the basic ideas of how I meal plan go here.

I’m super excited this week! I’m starting a 6 week program through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute to become a certified Health Coach focusing on family wellness!

I get tons of questions about diet and what to eat or what not to eat. I’m taking the daily questions as a sign that I need to move into the Health & Wellness field in a more formal way to be able to help more people than just my friends and family. I CANNOT wait to share with y’all what I learn and to start offering courses to help make healthier choices for your families!
