I’m super excited this week! I’m starting a 6 week program through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute to become a certified Health Coach focusing on family wellness!
I get tons of questions about diet and what to eat or what not to eat. I’m taking the daily questions as a sign that I need to move into the Health & Wellness field in a more formal way to be able to help more people than just my friends and family. I CANNOT wait to share with y’all what I learn and to start offering courses to help make healthier choices for your families!

Monday – Seaweed Wrapped Seared Salmon Rolls
Tuesday – Harissa Chicken Wraps with Roasted Peppers, Feta and Avocado Aioli (use gf tortillas)
Wednesday – Slow Cooked Beef Brisket with Seared Bok Choy
Thursday – Chicken Marbella with Garlic Mashed Cauliflower
Friday – GF Pizza
Saturday – Asian Almond Chicken Salad
Sunday – Greek Lamb Burgers with Spinach and Red Onion Salad
