I have to admit, I haven’t been following my own meal plan the last week. We got new counter tops and new appliances in our kitchen and it’s been wrecked for 6 days…three of those days without a kitchen sink!
The guys are here right now installing the last of the appliances (because you know these projects never go as smoothly as they do in your head) and then I will be able to use my kitchen again!
These recipes all look really good. I’m going to print them all out and get to the store! Hope you enjoy them too!

Monday – Paleo Almond Chicken Fingers with Honey and Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Tuesday – Fish Tacos with Black Beans
Wednesday – Crisp Veggie Topped Tapenade- Stuffed Burgers and Oven Roasted Fries
Thursday – Eggplant Parmesan with Side Salad
Friday – GF Pizza
Saturday – Lemon and Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken with Stuffed Roasted Portobello Mushrooms
Sunday – Lamb Burgers with Fried Egg
Breakfast for the Week – Zucchini & Kale Quiche with Sweet Potato Crust
