There’s a LOT going on in my life.

And you’d think that since the kids are in school now that I’d have a LOT more time to myself…but that just isn’t happening.

I’m using all the time to get all the stuff done that’s been piling up over the last 7 years…and it’s exhausting.

I also partly feel like I have less time to get stuff done…I spend from 1:40pm to 7:30pm with the kids…basically I finish one part time job in the morning (that I’m trying to make full time) and then move on to my other full-time job as MOM.

It’s gotten a bit crazy and I want to be able to keep track…so I got an external brain aka a life organizer.

My Life Organizer

I’ve always used some kind of external system to help me keep track of things going on, but it’s always been that my system worked for a few weeks and then…it didn’t work any more.

A few weeks ago I set out to create my own system (which I’ll share with you over the next few weeks).

It start with getting this Franklin Planner. Then I created some of my own sheets to go in it…because it’s way easier to create something that works for you than it is to try and make someone else’s stuff work for you. (Check out my free printable Grocery List here.)

It was easier to do a little video to introduce you to my planner aka life organizer.

I hope this helps you get an idea of how I use my planner as my life organizer.

Check back next week for another post about the daily calendar system I use.

Do you use a planner?
