Making Travel Plans with WordLock

As you probably know, I’m gearing up for a 2 week trip to China this Fall (hopefully) to complete Maddi’s adoption.

Travel Plans

I’ve had to start making my travel plans now.

I’ve got a list going (about a mile long) of things to take.

I’ve started getting the immunizations I need to travel too (ouch).

I’m really getting nervous about the squatty potties, lack of food that I will willingly eat that will also be safe and the fact that I cannot let ONE drop of tap water enter my body.

WordLock Parenting Council

WordLock

This month I was approached by Wordlock and asked if I’d like to participate in their Parenting Council this summer.

Wordlock is a company that makes locks that have word combinations instead of number or key locks.

You can set the combination to be any 4 letter word you can think of….I CAN”T WAIT to think up mine! LOL

From my travel research, I’ve discovered that you CAN indeed put locks on your luggage here in the US (and pretty much MUST in China).

WordLock locks are TSA approved. If an agent chooses to search your luggage, they have a master key they fit into the lock…that way they don’t cut your lock.

That’s pretty cool…the average Joe can’t get into your luggage and you’re still following the rules.

The nice people at WordLock not only sent me a free lock to help facilitate this review, but they also will send out one lock to FIVE different winners! So be sure to follow all the rules in the Rafflecopter Link so you don’t get disqualified!
