Green Tea Smoothie Recipe
Green tea can take a bit of time to get used to the taste, but I’ve got a yummy smoothie recipe that will help your get your daily dose.
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 packets of Matcha DNA green tea
4-5 ice cubes
Directions
Mix everything in a blender or Magic Bullet (my preference because then you mix in the cup) and enjoy!
