Welcome to Week 10 of Meal Plan Monday!
Still trying to do Primal here…I struggle because I don’t find it easy or grab-able. But I’ve mostly stuck to it (although I will admit to being MEAN and hungry by Sat). It’s just an adjustment and I’m sure I’ll “get with the program” soon….esp since it’s gotten very serious for me.
BUT, if you didn’t try the grilled eggplant or the chicken bacon bites from last week -you really missed some good stuff! So go back and check those out!

Meal Plan #10
Monday – Pasta with Broccoli ( yep this ones gluten free)
Tuesday – Tasty Taco Salad
Wednesday – Chicken with Cherries and Kale
Thursday – Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce and Grilled Zucchini
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Chicken Gyros
Sunday – Crock Pot Mocha Rubbed Pot Roast
Treat – Primal Cookies
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
