Welcome to Week 11 of Meal Plan Monday!
Last week was another rough week, but I still really feel that I’m making better food choices. Of course I had some stomach thing last week, so I didn’t make too many food choices at all Thurs and Fri, but you know what I mean.
Also I got a dehydrator for my birthday last week and I’ve been having so much fun playing with that. The kids are sucking down their new “snacks” as fast as I can make them so it’s definitely a big hit. Check out the first thing I made – kale chips.

Meal Plan #11
Monday – Broccoli Spinach Frittata
Tuesday – Tilapia Fish Tacos
Wednesday – Paleo Burgers with Caramelized Balsamic Onions & Avocado
Thursday – Rainbow Thai Chicken Salad
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Ravioli with Sun Dried Tomato Sauce
Sunday – Chunky Potato Sausage soup
Treat – Paleo Chocolate Chip Pazooki
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
