Welcome to Week 12 of Meal Plan Monday!
This past week I bought a juicer and started adding in fresh juice to my breakfast and lunches. It’s super yummy and full of great vitamins and nutrients. Check out my Green Juice Recipe. (I know it’s green so it doesn’t look all that appetizing…but it is!)

Meal Plan #12
Monday – Savory Sweet Potato Waffles
Tuesday – Primal Tacos with Homemade Seasoning
Wednesday – Broccoli Salad with Maple Sherry Vinaigrette
Thursday – Spiced Ginger Chicken
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Feta Gyro Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce
Sunday – Paleo Beef Stroganoff
Treat – Peanut Butter Cups
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
