Meal Plan #13
Monday – Cold Sesame (Cucumber) Noodles
Tuesday – Paleo Nachos with Sweet Potato Chips
Wednesday – Veggie Beef Stir Fry with the Best Stir Fry Sauce Ever
Thursday – Seafood Herbed Stuffed Tomato
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Marinated Steak and Bell Pepper Roll Ups
Sunday – Paleo Eggplant Lasagna
Treat – Paleo Strawberry Ice Cream
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
