Welcome to Week 14 of Meal Plan Monday!
This week we’ll be at the beach for a few days so I’m going to with some light stuff that I can easily make.

Meal Plan #14
Monday – Greek Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Tuesday – Mexican Pizza (tostadas)
Wednesday – Spicy Shredded Chicken Salad (this one has a giveaway attached to it so scroll down)
Thursday – Mini Meatloaves
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Roasted Eggplant Salad
Sunday – Slow Cooker Beef Brisket
Treat – Chocolate Zucchini Bread
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
