Welcome to Week 15 of Meal Plan Monday!
We were out of town last week so we were totally off our schedule. We gotta get back to being good this week. (I’m actually down 5 lbs since I’ve been doing these Meal Plan Monday posts!)

Meal Plan #15
Monday – Strawberry Kale Salad
Tuesday – Tacos with Homemade Salsa
Wednesday – Roasted Shrimp Over Spaghetti Squash
Thursday – Broccoli, Lemon and Feta Fritters
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza (4th of July Cookout)
Saturday – Paleo Pad Thai
Sunday – Meatloaf
Treat – Carrot Cake Muffins
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
