Meal Plan #16
Monday – Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Green Bean & Egg Salad
Tuesday – Beef Tamale Skillet Dinner
Wednesday – Falafel Sliders with Avocado Hummus (just sub gf bread)
Thursday – Zucchini & Ground Beef
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Sweet Potato Bun Sliders
Sunday – Slow Cooker Sweet Potato & Chicken Curry
Treat – GF Angel Cake with fresh berries
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
