Welcome to Week 19 of Meal Plan Monday!
This week is going to be crazy since Maddi and I will be leaving on Wednesday to go to Colorado to get a second opinion on her surgical repairs and help with her post-operative care. (If you need caught up with what’s going on, check out this post.) We’re leaving Daddy home and in charge of the two boys and three dogs!

Meal Plan #19
Monday – GF Jerk Chickpeas
Tuesday – Spicy Sriracha Steak Burgers
Wednesday – Asparagus Risotto
Thursday – Shirataki shrimp Stir Fry
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Sweet Potato Nachos
Sunday – Crockpot Cabbage Rolls
Treat – Strawberry Cream Cheese Bread
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
