Last week was my first Meal Plan Monday…and I got some good feedback! So I’ll keep it up!
I have to admit that I didn’t 100% stick to last week’s plan, but I did pretty well…and *mostly* resisted just skipping it all together and heading to Chick-Fil-A.

Meal Plan #2
Monday – Hungry Girl Quiche Me Bacon Tarts
Tuesday – Taco Pie
Wednesday – Shrimp Tacos with Boom Boom Sauce
Thursday – Turkey and Cheese on a Pretzel Roll
Friday – night off or pizza
Saturday – Santa Fe Stuffed Peppers
Sunday – (slow cooker day) King Ranch Chicken Soup
Treat – Gluten Free Scones (these are amazing!)
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
