Welcome to Week 20 of Meal Plan Monday!
Maddi and I are still in CO and are on the downhill slide after kind of a tough few days. I’m so glad that I’ve been doing these meal plans so life can be a little more in control! I hope they are helping y’all too!

Meal Plan #20
Monday – Spaghetti Squash Broccoli Casserole
Tuesday – Steak, Poblano & Mushroom Tacos
Wednesday – Apricot Pesto Turkey Melt
Thursday – Paleo Pad Thai
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Sweet Potato Burrito
Sunday – Crock Pot Sesame Chicken
Treat – Salted Chocolate Pots with Caramel Sauce
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
