Welcome to Week 22 of Meal Plan Monday!
My quest to get back to cooking healthy meals each night last week kind of blew up in my face. I did it, but they complained and by Friday we were back at Chick-Fil-A. There’s got to be a happy medium in there somewhere…maybe I can find it this week!

Meal Plan #22
Monday – Veggie and Brown Rice Noodle Bowl
Tuesday – Gluten Free Tacos with Avocado
Wednesday – Caesear Salad with Grilled Salmon
Thursday – Sausage and GF Macaroni and Cheese
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Orange Beef and Broccoli
Sunday – Roast Chicken with Vegetables
Treat – GF Apple Donut Holes
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
