Welcome to Week 27 of Meal Plan Monday!
We survived another week! YAY! We’ve got a BIG birthday coming up for Evan this week. He’ll be 5 on Wednesday! How does that happen? Then a small party on Saturday with just a couple of friends. It’s going to be another busy week for us.
I’m so glad I have the meal planning out of the way and don’t have to worry about it!

Meal Plan #27
Monday – Meatless Sweet Potato Hash
Tuesday – Quick Chicken Quesadilla
Wednesday – GF Chicken Gyros
Thursday – Cauliflower Power Tacos
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Pepper Honey Steak with roasted veggies
Sunday – Slow Cooker Potato Zucchini Soup
Treat – Braided Gluten Free Nutella Bread
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
