Welcome to Week 29 of Meal Plan Monday!

Last week’s meal plan was all using the Target Cartwheel app…you gotta try it! I was able to save $18 today on my shopping trip for this meal plan (and everything else we needed)!

This meal plan is pretty bland this week since I need to really get my diet down to the bare bones to lose this last 10 lbs.

I found a book at a garage sale yesterday called The Belly Fat Cure (and since that’s my “trouble” area I thought I’d give it a try). The author also has a book called The Belly Fat Cure Fast Track about a 14 day diet plan to try and jump start your weight loss. If you’d like to check out the entire 14 day meal plan, you can see it here.

***If you haven’t tried out Kindle Unlimited yet, now’s the time! You can try it FREE for the first 30 days! You get to “check out” 10 books at a time and both of the books I mentioned above are part of the system so you could read them for FREE! Click here to learn more!***

Don’t forget, if you need a meal planner, My friend Carrie from CarrieElle.com has a great one…you can see how I use it here.

Meal Plan Monday #1 | Play 2 Learn with Sarah

Meal Plan #29

Monday – Grilled Salmon with asparagus

Tuesday – Grilled Chicken with broccoli and mushrooms

Wednesday – Sauteed Steak with brussel sprouts and mushrooms

Thursday – Sauteed Tilapia with artichoke and cauliflower

Friday – night off or pizza or meatza

Saturday – Sauteed pork chops with broccoli and mushrooms (we don’t eat pork so we’ll have chicken again)

Sunday – Sauteed Halibut with spinach and bell peppers

Treat – 1 oz dark chocolate/day

I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
