Welcome to Week 3 of Meal Plan Monday!
Although I was super busy, I did manage to *mostly* stick to the meal plan. You can see my Taco Pie here…that one was super easy a I will definitely do it again!

Meal Plan #3
Monday – Paleo Pancakes (everyone loves brinner!)
Tuesday – Taco Tuesday
Wednesday – Asian Chicken Sir Fry
Thursday – Cheeseburger Pie
Friday – night off or pizza
Saturday – Ground Beef and Tater Tot Casserole
Sunday – Gluten Free Chicken and Dumplings
Treat – Apple Cinnamon Pound Cake
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
