Welcome to Week 30 of Meal Plan Monday!
We’ve got another busy week ahead of us with family coming in town too! And since it’s starting to get chillier, I thought it was the perfect time to put in a yummy soup!

Meal Plan #30
Monday – Cheese, Mushroom and Avocado Omelette (eggs are 2/$4 at Target)
Tuesday – Chicken Fajitas (Archer Farms deli fresh mix & match meals on sale)
Wednesday – Sweet Potato Burrito Bowl
Thursday – Hashbrown, Spinach and Tomato Pie
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Chicken Gyro Salad
Sunday – Ultimate Vegetable Soup
Treat – GF Peanut Butter Cookies
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
