Welcome to Week 32 of Meal Plan Monday!
This week’s going to be a doozy! My husband is out of the country for work which means a) I’m ON CALL 24/7 x 7 b) I have to get everyone up early to take the oldest to school – NOT pretty.
This week I am thankful for having the habit of doing these meal plans…cause I’m going to need a little sanity!

I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
