Welcome to Week 34 of Meal Plan Monday!
We survived a week in Buffalo (I know who goes there the day after Snowmageden…we do!). But I gained five pounds eating crap I shouldn’t have! So back to the strict gluten free diet for me…and maybe a juice cleanse…have you ever done one?

Meal Plan #34
Monday – Grilled Cheese with Tomato and Avocado and carrot sticks
Tuesday – Sauteed Shrimp and Veggies
Wednesday – Sweet Potato Hash with Fried Egg
Thursday – Southwestern Turkey Burgers
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Grain Free Chicken Parmigiana
Sunday – Old Fashioned Stew
Treat – Brown Butter Pumpkin Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
