It’s New Year’s week! I cannot believe it’s 2015! How did that happen?
Anyway, time to get back on the “very strict” gluten free diet for me. I admit…I’ve been cheating since Thanksgiving and it’s time to get real!

Meal Plan #38
Monday – Broccoli & Cheddar Quiche with Brown Rice Crust
Tuesday – Steak Poblano & Mushroom Tacos
Wednesday – We always get Chinese food on New Year’s Eve so we can get our fortune for the new year.
Thursday – Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad
Friday – night off or pizza or meatza
Saturday – Slow Cooker Chicken Gyros
Sunday – Crockpot Chunky Potato & Sausage Soup
Treat – Zucchini Brownies
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
