While planning this week’s menu I stumbled across a site that had soooo many yummy looking recipes that I decided to choose all of this week’s dinners from it! I hope you enjoy Gimme Some Oven (click on any recipe below to check out her site) as much as I have!

Meal Plan #43
Monday – Tex-Mex Migas
Tuesday – Greek Fish Tacos
Wednesday – Rainbow Thai Chicken Salad
Thursday – Ginger Beef, Mushroom & Kale Stir Fry
Friday – pizza
Saturday – Buffalo Hasselback Potatoes
Sunday – Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
Treats – Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Energy Bites
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
