Welcome to Week 5 of Meal Plan Monday!
Last week we REALLY liked the Flank Steak! I bought one that was already marinated so it was super easy to cook. I also cooked it at about 1pm, cut it into strips and put it in the fridge for later since it was a Kung Fu night. That made life sooo much easier!
I found some yummy looking recipes for this week! Can’t wait to see how the Lasagna Cupcakes go over on Wednesday.

Meal Plan #5
Monday – Grilled Mozzarella Sandwiches and Fruit
Tuesday – Taco Potato Skins
Wednesday – Lasagna Cupcakes
Thursday – Chicken and Rice Casserole
Friday – night off or pizza
Saturday – Meatloaf
Sunday – Crockpot Cheesy Italian Tortellini
Treat – Allergic Monkey Chocolate Bars
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
