bad hair day
This is the face he made when I said I wanted a picture.

Welcome back to another edition of Saturday Laughs where we link up with The Mommyhood Chronicles.

I must admit that this week the blog and our big adoption paperwork update have overshadowed my Facebook feed.

But I did find one funny picture…as you can see Evan needs a haircut. One morning he woke up with some seriously bad hair. When I tried to take a picture, this was the face I got!

I would say the funniest thing…at least from an outside perspective…would be how our morning has gone today.

My kids have a serious Lego addiction!

For fun, they ask me to look up new Lego sets on Amazon.com. Evan found one that’s $250 the other day.

They change their “favorite” everyday. They already have a list of sets that they want for Christmas and it’s only Jan. 12th!

Connor got up this morning around 7am and went straight downstairs to play Legos.

At 7:15am I hear him scream from downstairs “I wented poopies!”  Which means I officially have to get out of bed.

I go down to the bathroom and he’s sitting on the potty and there are not 1 but 2 pieces of kid poop on the floor!

I say, “What happened?”

He says, “I didn’t make it.”

I kinda figured that part out and I blame the Legos.

So I clean it up and send him…back to play Legos.

His brother gets up and spends the first hour playing Legos…refusing to go potty.

I finally get him into the restroom and he has to go so bad that he misses the potty and sprays the shower curtain (which I had just washed 2 weeks ago because of the same reason).

This morning has led me to a great marketing idea!

Every Lego box should come with a bottle of Clorox wipes!

Should I start a petition? Who’s with me?
