With Connor about to start Kindergarten and Evan starting preschool this Fall, I will admit…I’m a little worried about lunches.
Silly I know, but they are kind of picky eaters and I KNOW I don’t want them eating school lunch, so I’ve been researching cute ideas for healthy school lunches. You can check out my Pinterest board for some ideas.
Anyway, I am totally LOVING the Bento Box lunch ideas. They are so cute and fun and creative…I’m just not sure I will have time to be that creative…but I’ll probably try, until Labor Day and then go back to shoving something unhealthy in their lunchboxes. LOL
I found these cute little SnapWare containers that are easy for the kids to open. Then I used silicone cupcake liners as the little containers for things. Super cute and not as expensive as a bunch of little containers. They also work great for dip/ketchup holders at dinner!
And if you haven’t been to BentoUSA you are completely missing out on a whole new crafting idea to become obsessed with!
Now I just need to stop looking at all the cute lunch ideas and actually start making some!
Do you try to liven up your child’s lunch?
