At the beginning of January I made a BIG goal to lose 20 lbs by the end of May.

And just like everyone else, I started off really well…and then in the 3rd week of January…off the wagon I fell. I have been using the excuse that Maddi had to have surgery and was in the hospital for 4 days.

But I haven’t been able to get back on the wagon since then….and that’s all on me.

I feel totally out of control in every area of my life and I KNOW that it’s because I have let myself go.

So here I am, again, publicly saying that I am going to recommit to my resolution to lose weight this year.

But more important than losing the weight is getting healthy. I have a genetic condition that predisposes me to blood clots (I got the same messed up gene from both of my parents so I am homozygous for the MTHFR gene which more than likely caused my pregnancy losses.)

I NEED to be more active.

I NEED to reduce my stress.

And just like that, I received my newest WorldLock lock…the Sports Gym Lock….and I can’t wait to get to the gym so I can try it out!

WordLock Parenting Council

TWO lucky readers will get their very own WordLock Sports Gym Locks also…be sure to do all the required activities to be qualified to win.
